Butternut squash (roasted)

Pitted dates
2 tablespoons
Maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons
Cinnamon
1 1/2 cups
Milk of choice
1 1/4 cups
Shredded coconut
Step by Step Instructions
- Roast the butternut squash, then cool it in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Place the cooled butternut squash, the dates, maple syrup, cinnamon, milk, and coconut into a blender and blend until the mixture reaches the consistency you desire.
