Seafood Spaghetti Sauce

Serves: About 1 quart
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups
Condensed tomato soup
1/3 cup
Olive oil or butter
1/4 cup
Chopped onion
3/4 cup
Chopped green pepper
1/2 cup
Fish stock
1/2 pound
Cooked diced shrimp (lobster, crab, or tuna can also be used)
1/2 pound
Diced cheese
Seasonings to taste
Step by Step Instructions
- Heat the soup. Melt the butter or oil in a saucepan over low heat and stir in the onion and pepper until the mixture is transparent.
- Stir in the hot soup and fish stock. Once the sauce is hot, slowly add the shrimp or other seafood ingredient and stir constantly.
- Remove the sauce from heat and stir the cheese of your choice until it has melted. Season to taste and pour over your pasta.
