Persimmon Habanero Soup

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
3 cups Vegetable broth
2 Persimmons (seeded and chopped)
1 Habanero pepper (seeded)
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon Dried garlic (store bought or homemade)
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil
Salt to taste
Bread or crackers for serving

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and boil them for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Pour the soup into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
