Honey

Lime juice

Vinegar

Olive oil

Red cabbage (shredded)

Carrot (grated)

Green onions (thinly sliced)

Sugar snap peas (sliced)

Bell peppers (sliced) (one red one yellow)

Cilantro (chopped)
Step by Step Instructions
- Quickly whisk together honey, lime juice, vinegar, cumin, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Set the bowl aside.
- combine red cabbage, carrots, green onions, sugar snap peas, and bell peppers. Toss the vegetables to combine, and add the cilantro.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss until well covered.
