Roasted Figs with Honey

Ingredients
12-15
Figs
3 tablespoons
Butter
3 tablespoons
Honey
2 teaspoons
Vanilla extract
CAN BE USED TO TOP:
Plain yogurt
Frozen yogurt
Ice cream
Crackers
Bread/Toast
And cake
Step by Step Instructions
- Clean the figs, trim the stems off, and cut them lengthwise. Set the figs aside.
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a frying pan, then add the honey and gently stir them together. Once combined, add the figs (cut side down) & vanilla. Cook for 5 minutes, shaking occasionally and spooning the butter mixture over the figs.
- Serve warm, as a topping.
