Raw Choco Bites With Oats and Carrots

Serves: 10 bites
Vegan!

Ingredients
1 Carrot (cut into large pieces)
1 Banana
1/2 cup Gluten-free rolled oats
3 Dried figs
3 Dates
2 teaspoons Raw cacao
Shredded coconut (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Blend the carrot, figs, and dates for 10-15 seconds in a food processor, then set aside.
  2. Put the banana & the oats into a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the carrot mixture and the raw cacao. Mix well, then shape into 1 inch round balls.
  3. Roll the bites in shredded coconut if desired.
