Ingredients
1
Red onion (sliced)
1 1/2 tablespoons
Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons
White wine vinegar
1 tablespoon
Capers
1/3 cup
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 pound
Carrots (shredded)
2 stalks
Celery (thinly sliced)
1/4 up
Fresh dill (chopped)
Step by Step Instructions
- Soak the sliced onion in water for 15 minutes. Drain out the water, then whisk in the mustard, vinegar, capers, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl with the onions.
- Toss the onion mixture with shredded carrots, sliced celery, and chopped fresh dill, then serve!
