FOR THE DIP:
16 ounces
Cottage cheese
2 tablespoons
Tahini
1/4 cup
Yogurt
4 ounces
Crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons
Water (for thinning)
FOR THE TOPPING:
16 ounces
Butter beans (original recipe uses canned)
4 tablespoons
Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
3 tablespoons
Chives
1/2 teaspoon
Paprika
1/2 teaspoon
Oregano
1/2 teaspoon
Additional butter beans
Additional chives for topping
Additional paprika for topping
SERVING SUGGESTIONS INCLUDE:

Step by Step Instructions
- Combine the cottage cheese, Tahini, yogurt, and crumbled feta in a blender or food processor until smooth. Mix in water to thin out the mixture if needed.
- Drain and/or rinse the butter beans. Mix the butter beans, olive oil, salt, chives, paprika, oregano, and additional butter beans until combined. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Pour the cottage cheese mixture into a bowl and top it with the butter bean and herb medley. Garnish with additional chives and paprika
