Ingredients

Red peppers (sliced)
1
Avocado (sliced)
1/4 cup
Cucumber (sliced thin)
1/4 cup
Carrot (sliced thin)
1 cup
Spinach
1/4 cup
Hummus
Salt & pepper to taste (plus any other seasonings you care to add)
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
4
Tortillas
Everything bagel seasoning
1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and drizzle the pepper slices with oil, salt, pepper, garlic power, and additional seasonings of choice if desired. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Spread 1 or 2 tablespoons of hummus on each tortilla, then add spinach, cucumber, carrot, avocado, and roasted pepper slices, and everything bagel seasoning to each.
- Fold the wraps, then serve.
