Pecan Bars

<p>This is a good way to use pecan pieces. (Bought from Green Acres Farm of course) This bar will bake up like a brownie. If your New Years resolution is weight loss, wait a month or so.</p>

Serves: 12-16 servings


Ingredients
2 cups Self-rising flour
2 cups chopped pecans
2 cups Light Brown Sugar
2 Sticks Butter (not margarine)
2 eggs Beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredents together by hand. (do not beat) Pour into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 30-50 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
